Founder & CEO
Gustavo brings over 15 years of experience in project management, estimating, and design within the plumbing construction industry. Originally from Sacramento, California, he later relocated to Las Vegas, recognizing the city’s rapid growth and future potential.
Currently serving as a Vice President in estimating and design, Gustavo has built a reputation for precision, leadership, and delivering high-level results. His deep understanding of operations and execution forms the backbone of the company’s strategic direction and scalability.
Jepherson Delgado
Founder & President
Jepherson, a Las Vegas native, combines a strong background in property management, human resources, and accounting with a passion for technology and innovation. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, he further advanced his expertise in software engineering to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
Driven by efficiency and growth, Jepherson specializes in building automation systems that help businesses streamline operations and generate more opportunities. His forward-thinking approach powers the company’s technology, ensuring clients stay competitive in a fast-moving world.
